Luella Chow holds a Master of International and Public Affairs from the University of Hong Kong. She brings over seven years of experience in political journalism and three years in large-scale philanthropic organizations, with a strong background in nonprofit communications, strategic project coordination, and event planning. At PRiME, she supports the team in delivering communications and events that connect researchers, partners, and programs across the U of T ecosystem.
